New Frontiers in Pattern Formation

I would like to invite you to Cardiff University to take part in a one-day conference, "New Frontiers in Pattern Formation", on Monday, 3rd December 2018. My aim for the day is to focus on two general, but fundamental, questions:

what theory do experimentalists need?
what data can theoreticians work with?

In order to answer such questions I have organised an international line up of world-leading speakers from both theoretical and experimental backgrounds (see attachment), who will bring their own views and thoughts on these matter.

I hope I can encourage all of you to attend in order to add your own thoughts to this matter. If you are able to attend, please sign up as soon as possible.
